戲劇參與和兒童權利

Abstract


本期四篇文稿探討不同的劇場和應用戲劇模式,包括即興戲劇、互

動兒童劇場、人種誌劇場,以及過程戲劇,當中研究範圍和議題涉及觀眾

審美經驗、兒童聲音和語言學習。題材眾多,但都關乎兒童的戲劇參與,

其作用是即通過戲劇╱劇場的探索、表達和創作來促進和加強兒童主體發

展和行動力。在西方,互動劇場及過程為本的戲劇之所勃蓬發展,因素很

多,但聯合國《兒童權利公約》第31條(1989),可算是其中一大推手。

該條約確認,兒童應享有參與遊戲、娛樂、文化和藝術活動的權利。在

民主國家,所謂參與不單純指「我參加了」、或「我在看」等,而是視

兒童為獨立自主的個體,並以公民參與決定為目的。Sherry R. Arnstein

(1969)的八個參與楷梯可作補充說明,即:由被操控而不能參與,到象

徵式地得到資訊、諮詢等,進而至有一定的決定權、與當權者發展伙伴關

係,最終得到公民決定的權力。那麼這些各式各樣的參與在兒童劇場和應

用戲劇中又是怎樣?
